MBADiversity's humble beginnings as a grassroots movement in 2003 has since evolved into the 501 c 3 racially-inclusive, global MBA prep program and professional membership organization. Over the years, The MBADiversity Organization and its founder have been in prominent magazines and media including BusinessWeek, DiversityInc, BET Nightly News, Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education and The Economist Intelligence Unit. The past five generations of MBADiversity Fellows and members have gone on to become prominent members in society, including:

Board members of community organizations,

Missionaries sharing the love of Jesus Christ,

Entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs,

and also a member working on a mathematical model for a hypothetical template that will welcome stem cells for kidney construction.

With both American and international members, the organization has successfully created a new breed of multicultural business professionals who live life with passion and evoke positive change within their respective communities. MBADiversity still operates in a spirit of faith and manages its global portal, Fellows Program, The MBADiversity Professional Development Program (MPDP) and Global Immersion Module (GIM), all targeting domestic and international members.
