MBADiversity Professional Development Program (MPDP)
Where Theory meets The Real World

Come, help us positively change this world.

The MBADiversity Organization has recently launched a new program for busy professionals who wish to engage in on-going professional development from the comfort of your home.

The MBADiversity Professional Development Program (MPDP) is another forward-thinking initiative designed for ambitious pre-mbas, current MBAs and alumni MBAs who know that applied knowledge is the key to success. You are able to choose from various modules including LEAD (includes executive leadership, career development and diversity training), FAITH (for the purpose-driven professional), and GIM (for the global change agent).

"My experience with GIM was a life-changing experience. Not only was I able to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to an Asian country, but also had the opportunity to intern with a high-profile technology company. From having the opportunity to learn Mandarin, and also meeting new friends at the international level, my work experience and perspective of business at the international level were further developed. GIM was not only a positive experience, but a life-changing experience as well. Although the duration of the module was for 10 days, it completely gave me a deeper understanding of how to build relationships with people outside my circle of friends, and also to hone my focus with regards to my career goals." Felix Amoruwa, MBADiversity Fellow 4th Generation- Abundance, accepted into The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University
