For the 2010 GIM community service project, the 6th generation "Perseverance" positively impacted the children of migrant workers through improving their English language abilities and tutoring them to pass their middle school entrance examinations.

Global Fellows

The MBADiversity Organization (abbreviated MBADiversity) is the pre-MBA global preparation and fellowship program for positive change agents. The MBADiversity Global Immersion Module (GIM) is the international module that fosters global awareness. GIM will strengthen your leadership development, service and global awareness acumen.

GLOBAL IMMERSION MODULE (GIM) - Expand your global horizons.
The program allows pre-MBA, current MBA, and alumni MBA students to develop confidence in using their degrees to positively impact education, the marketplace and the global community at large. Through the integration of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methods, our leadership team evolves the program each year to ensure we are functioning at optimal levels of innovation and quality that the new global business landscape demands.

FORTIFY YOUR GLOBAL EXPERIENCE
MBADiversity Global Fellows will have the opportunity to serve in functional areas abroad including:

  • Economic Development
  • Management Projects
  • Community Outreach
  • Spiritual Refreshing
  • Leadership Development
  • Other projects/activities

IMPACTING THE COMMUNITY
Each GIM participant will complete several community development projects during the trip.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: INVEST IN YOUR GLOBAL ACUMEN
We encourage prospective Fellows to complete the Professional Development Program first before applying for the 2015 Global Immersion Module. For 2015, our Professional Development Program will continue to be a blended learning model: online and in-person in California and New York.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Those chosen to participate in GIM will fulfill "The 3 C's"- Capability, Collaboration and Character" by demonstrating a commitment to The MBADiversity Organization and international relations. Applicants must also explain how they are positive change agents within society. We are selecting 10 Global Fellows for each of our trips in 2015.
